We may update these terms as our services change. The date above shows when they were last revised; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
XTE Production provides tournament production, broadcast production, tournament management, creative production, event management and esports technology services.
The exact scope, deliverables, schedule and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work. Nothing on this website is an offer or a binding quotation.
Each tournament publishes its own rulebook covering eligibility, region locks, roster limits, age requirements and account verification. Entering a tournament means accepting that rulebook in full.
We may refuse or revoke an entry where a participant provides false information, is subject to a publisher ban, or cannot verify their identity or account ownership.
Cheating, account sharing, match fixing, exploiting bugs, use of unauthorised software, and harassment of players, staff or viewers are prohibited.
Referees may issue warnings, point deductions, match forfeits, disqualification or bans. Referee decisions during a live match are final for that match; formal appeals follow the process in the tournament rulebook.
Battle-royale events are scored on placement points plus kill points, as defined in the event rulebook. Standings published during an event are provisional until the final match of a stage is confirmed.
Disputes must be raised through the official referee channel within the window stated in the rulebook, with supporting evidence such as screenshots or clips. Disputes raised after that window may not be considered.
Prize pools, distribution and payment timelines are published per event. Prize payments require successful identity verification and any tax documentation required in the recipient’s jurisdiction.
Recipients are responsible for taxes on prize winnings. Prizes may be withheld where a participant is under investigation for a rules violation until that investigation concludes.
By taking part in an XTE event you grant XTE Production the right to record, broadcast, stream and archive match footage, in-game names, team names, logos and likenesses captured at the event, for the promotion and documentation of the event and of XTE.
Participants retain ownership of their own team branding. XTE retains ownership of the broadcast production, overlays, graphics and edits it creates.
The XTE name, logo, site design, overlays, graphics and written content are owned by XTE Production and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without written permission.
Game titles, publisher marks and third-party logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
We collect the information you submit through our contact and registration forms, plus basic technical data needed to operate and secure the site. We use it to respond to your enquiry, run events and provide our services.
We do not sell personal data. You may request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting us at the address on our contact page; we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
This website and its content are provided as-is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that schedules, standings or streams will be free of delay.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XTE Production is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Our broadcasts and communities run on third-party platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Twitch and Discord. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, which we do not control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XTE Production is registered, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
